Context:

We the People – United!

Purpose:

The purpose of UWS America is to provide a platform for Americans to work with the True Spirit of America as One Nation Under God through education, local meet ups and networking such that American’s experience Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness successfully and forever MORE.

Results:

Authentic Meeting Space: UWS is a Meeting Space to share authentically. Measure: We have weekly meetings that are somewhere to go for members who Love America.
Outreach: We have Website that people can sign up for meetings and learn what meetings are happening and see what’s happening. Measure: Basic Starter Website is up and running with said functionality^. and Website is continuously updated monthly minimum.
United: Unity is the Start and the Finish: Have an open place where we’re not arguing but expressing ourselves and we find the ways to Unify around that. Measure: Retention of key initiatives stays at 70%+ (or morphing into a better use of resources).
Taking Action: Vast majority of members joining and participating is taking actions that they would not have that week had they not been on the call Measure: Majority on members are both making commitments and reporting on them (ie. sharing their accomplishments).
Buddy System: Members have the option to have a buddy and join buddy system to maintain integrity and community. Measure: We have a list of buddies and a way to sign up and maintain communication around the buddy system.
Replication: We can replicate meeting format so that other groups can use same format both locally and virtually. Measure: Within 4 months minimum 2 different meeting are using the similar format in conjunction with UWS.
No size restrictions: We can grow meetings exponentially and it still works and it’s still very good. Measure: We run at least 1 meeting within 1 month with breakout rooms & is considered valuable by participants as discovered from a small group audio survey following the call.
Measurable Change Monthly: We affect real and measurable change both locally and on a larger scale through the actions and coming together of UWS members on a weekly basis. Measure: We track the deliverables from the commitments and can monthly list changes.
Both Virtual and Real World Events: Measure: At least 3 real world events in next 2 months – by Dec 25th 2022.
Business Networking: Made in America Businesses Networking and Connecting. Measure: Minimum 2 Real World Businesses successfully use UWS in positive way to grow.
Positive American Spirit Information and Exercises: Sharing information about the wonder and goodness of America that strengthens our individual testimonies to help awaken other people to their Love for their Country. The More information I know about America (the good stuff) – the better it is. Measure:Attendees leave meetings more optimistic and victorious than before they attended, – check outs may have a reflection of meeting within them, track that.
Constitutional Study – Sharing the Victorious and Virtuous Nature of the Shield.
Budget: UWS has a budget for events, office space, equipment, technology and materials. Measure: Economic structure is chosen, budget is created and fundraising plan outlined.
